If you'd like to speak with someone about possible legal representation, please fill out the form below. Please note: this form is for prospective clients only — solicitations and vendor pitches submitted here will be ignored.

01 — Who You Are

Your Name Required

We're a business law firm, so we usually represent companies and nonprofits. If you are inquiring on behalf of a business or nonprofit organization, please tell us its full legal name. If you are inquiring for yourself (i.e. you personally would be the firm's client) or some other individual, please type the appropriate name here.

The more we know about your company or you before speaking with you, the better. Pointing us to your website is a great way for us to get our arms around who you are and what you do. If you're not inquiring on behalf of a company with a website, feel free to provide a LinkedIn profile or other online bio.

02 — Your Matter

An "adverse party" is a person or entity that is or will be on the other side in the transaction or dispute. For instance, if you would like help with a contract, the adverse party is the other party to the contract. If you would like help with a dispute, the adverse party is the person or entity on the other side of the dispute. Like all law firms, we need this information to avoid conflicts of interest. If you are not aware of any adverse parties, please say "none" or "N/A" here.

Without revealing any confidential information, please give us some details about your situation and what kind of legal help you think you need. Please note, if you are inquiring about representation in a lawsuit, we generally charge hourly for litigation. We do not take cases on a contingent fee (i.e. percentage of recovery) basis.

03 — Anything Else

If you've been referred to us by someone else, please let us know.

If there's anything else you think we should know, please feel free to add it here. Again though, please do not include any confidential information.

Sending an email or other online communication to Montague Law does NOT create an attorney-client or confidential relationship. Please do not provide any confidential information.
